Chỉ người cô bên nội có quan hệ quá thân mật, thiếu đứng đắn với anh hoặc em trai mình nên chỉ lén lút qua lại, không dám công khai vào nhà. Thành ngữ được dùng để mỉa mai, chê trách một mối quan hệ mờ ám, trái luân thường.

Refers to a paternal aunt who has an improperly intimate relationship with her brother and therefore only sneaks around instead of openly entering the house. It is used sarcastically to condemn a secretive, incestuous, and morally improper relationship.
